Need help - phone replacement

Hi there

I am on a road trip currently far away from home and I need a replacement phone through geek squad insurance. I tried going into best buy twice and was shrugged off both times. Customer service line was no help as well.

Someone at Geek Squad made a mistake when sending me the last replacement through insurance and now I'm stuck without a phone for my trip which is ridiculous.

I need help urgently. Please put yourself in my shoes and try to understand how much of a let down this is from best buy for me being an "elite" customer.
