I tried the website, emails, and even calling the Hisense company. Nothing

What a scary thought that I may have to buy another refrigerator if anything goes out. I have been repairing my own appliances for decades and this is the worst machine I have ever seen.

I have sent this information to two other Best Buy people with no solutions.

Once again. I don't want a warranty I want to BUY THE PARTS. Just find a place to get the door stoppers one for each door. I will buy them and pay shipping if needed.

Please find replacement door stopper parts for an Insignia NS-RFD26SS9 Refrigerator.

Secondly, I recommend contacting Insignia Support for assistance with your query. They would have definitive information for the product unavailable through this venue. I realize you may have contacted them previously, but they remain your best resource.

 

Lastly, in the event you purchased Geek Squad Protection for your refrigerator, I recommend contacting Geek Squad for assistance with your refrigerator repairs.

This is true I getting the runaround even called Hisense directly got to order desk and they hung up.
