Unable to find replacement door parts for Insignia NS-RFD26SS9 Refrigerator

Hello,

I have been trying for months to find a replacment parts for the door latch mechanism on my Insignia model NS-RFD26SS9 refrigerator.  NO WHERE ON THE WEB SELLS PARTS FOR INSIGNIA!!!!

I have contacted BB by by email and serached the web. Is there another cross reference manufacturer for this brand??

Since the Insignia model NS-RFD26SS9 refrigerator is also still being sold by Best Buy someone has to sell parts?????

The response from BB Customer Service was to buy a USED ONE FROM EBAY!!! Where do you get parts for these refrigerators?????

I went through this step already with last two people from Best Buy. I just want the number or website for the company that makes the Insignia model NS-RFD26SS9 refrigerator. This machine is also still being sold by Best Buy someone has to sell parts?????

I don't want a warranty freebie!! Just want to buy the parts. Like your company's name send the BEST supplier name for me to BUY the parts. How hard is this request????

That is where I started months ago. They said it is Best Buy's problem call customer service. You can't get the part numbers to order from them. Where do I find the part numbers???
