My Laptop Repair Story

I had a whole story posted about my laptop repair, but the minute it was posted it was marked as spam and disappeared. I appealed it, but what is going on? I spent so much time writing it up to have it all go away?

And I just replied to this post with my story and it got removed again. Why am I not allowed to explain my story? Why does it keep getting deleted?

I think I am just going to have to mail in a formal complaint. It is so difficult to get anyone to fully help me, understand me, or provide me with a resolution.

Just make your post doesn't contain external links, threats, profanity, personal information like order numbers etc

I give up, I will have to send a formal letter. I removed references to which store locations, contains no swear words, and it appears to follow the rules, but it just gets removed again. Maybe it does not like the prices from dotcom that I am entering in the message. I do not understand how what I am posting violates any rules. I wish a best buy moderator would look at my appeal and tell me what is wrong with it.

From the looks on other peoples responses, it looks like it is an issue that would not be able to be resolved through the people that manage these forums. I decided I will have to mail in my experience. It is just so sad that it is so difficult to get assistance when the store has a problem with processing their fulfillment for you and say they are unable to help you fully. They contacted corporate they claim for a resolution and worked with their ASM, but came back to me saying they werent able to find me a resolution. The team that needs to give me my rewards points back does not understand what the store did and will not give me any of my rewards points back. It is just a disaster.
