So I recently went on a trip, and I decided it would be a good idea to bring my XG258Q (240hz monitor) with me. I was weary about it being roected so I did wrap it in a layer of clothes and buble wrap. Well, to my dissapointment it still managed to break, I'm quite impressed that airlines are able to break something that's so protected. Anyways, The internals re ompletely fine, but the panel is broken pretty badly. I was wondering if it was possible if this was something I could get repaired by geeksquad (which I doubt) or if I'm going to have to take this up with Asus. Also, I bought through on Amazon through Asus.

Hey there, CRL0312,
Thanks for thinking of Geek Squad for your repair needs. Whenever I am on a plane, I like to watch the luggage get loaded onto the plane, mostly because I am always nervous that my luggage will be lost and it helps give me peace of mind. Sometimes, luggage can go on quite the adventure when being loaded onto a plane! It sounds like your monitor went on one of these adventures.
We currently do not repair this monitor, but we do have some pretty great deals on monitors available on our website here.
I wouldn't be able to speak to the process of working with ASUS, but their support number can be found here.
