Missing repair

The tracking number provided to me for the ups shipping of the repair I checked in has not updated in nearly 2 weeks. It now has stated information is not available. It also states I should contact the receiver to confirm delivery, how can I do that? I have tried a few times to contact Best Buy and geek squad customer service to get a real updated on my repair but have not gotten an actual answer. What should be my next step?
