I purchased a Hisense H9G from BestBuy in Feburary of this year, came home from lunch the other day and the panel appears to have cracked. Apparently this isn't uncommon and it a known issue with TVs however BestBuy and Hisense refuse to help. BestBuy said that Hisense is the only brand they don't warranty, and Hisense claimed that it was accidential damage and voided the warranty.
It's completly unacceptable for a $1000+ tv to self destruct in less than a year and for the manufuturer and the reseller to refuse to help...
