I feel sorry for you gusgarvis7057. I've received pretty much the same run around for the last 8 years over my samsung refrigerator. They can out serviced it, but never fixed it. After the plan ran out they ran out too. Then they sent me a letter explaining how they might have missed interpreted the plan 5 years later and they would compensate you for repairs or replacement cost. But all out got was a reminder that refrigerator was out of warranty/protection plan. Only they will not address if they had fixed correctly or replaced it when it had those things at the time they might have a referring customer instead of a customer who feels like you.
