Best Buy Repair Support

I have a serious issue with the store (Best Buy Snellville GA) 1679 Scenic Hwy N Ste 100 Snellville, GA 30078 in regards to my laptop. I dropped off my business laptop Macbook pro on 08/08 which has very confidential information on the laptop for servicing because the laptop wasn't staying on. The laptop still has a valid warranty with total care and an apple warranty. We were advised by Greek Squad that they are unable to open the laptop for servicing and the laptop has to be serviced by apple directly. The state would ship the laptop to Apple directly for servicing. We return back to the store on 09/16/2022 and we were told by the manager and Greek Squad that the laptop is missing from the store and they are unable to locate my laptop. This is a very serious issue I need this resolved ASAP. Please have someone contact me. The store management is not helpful with locating the laptop. We considering legal against Best buy if this is resolved in a timely basis.

Your last response advising the store and district manager wasn't responsing to your inquiry about my laptop and contact Greeksquad for assist.
Your response is unacceptable and providing no solution because I have already reached out greeksquad and they can't find my laptop. This why I am posting on here. After 48 hrs waiting for a response or action it's like back to square one. This is 3rd time requesting your legal department contact me directly in regards to my laptop.
