Lying employees

The geek squad employees lie on the telephone, then try to take advantage of their customers after baiting them to come into the store. They have lost my business permanently.

Doesn't really matter. I have emailed them and the guy at the geek squad counter at the Boise location wasn't interested in making it right. Zero customer service!
