Lousy customer service via Geek Squad

  Bought a 55" Lg Oled TV 18 months past, along w/$250 protection plan.  TV went out in 18 months, called Geeks, they came out, TV unrepairible, Geek got a workorder number and telephone number for me to use, as he said TV would be replaced.  Called the above, talked to 2 reps, last rep was Forrest who stated: To get the same TV it would cost me $200. I asked about the protection plan seeing there was aprx 3 1/2 yrs left, he said when TV went out so did the extended warranty.  Tried to get a telephone number for Forrests supervisor, he replied there were no one above him I could contact.


I have been a customer of Best Buy for yrs. If this cannot be reconciled, I will never purchase and wil persuade everyone I know not to purchase anything from BB, and will post on social media of how poor your customer service has become.
