I had a new computer given to me over the holidays, with it, my family had bought the Microsoft 365 Office and had the product key on a paper that came with the computer. Long story short, the paper was lost when we moved recently, I called customer service twice where I was redirected to multiple people because nobody apparently knows who can give me another product key. Finally they directed me to Microsoft, where I was directed back to Best Buy, so I called Best Buy back with one of the Microsoft representitives on the line so that person could tell the customer support people, and they literally directed my call over to Microsoft with the Microsoft rep on the line with me! I have the receipt and everything else for the computer and the Microsoft Office product, since they can't be bother to give me a new key (which was never used) I think I'll just ask for a refund in which case, they'll owe me over $900 since it was all bought together as a bundle. This isn't the first time this has hapened either, I have a list of other posts below for other people who have had the same problem. Useless customer support that can't tell you anything but just pass you around have have you wait on hold for hours, never buying anything from here again, and I'll tell my family to do the same.

I made a post on here a few days ago in regards to having a lost product key for Microsoft Office, after dealing with the horrendous call center that Best Buy uses. Somone then contacted me in regards to that and told me that they have a team "working" on fixing my problem and to wait on a response from them. However, I never heard back from them and it appears that it was just a stalling tactic that they're using so that I can't return the products and receive over $900 back from the store, as the deadline to return gifts bought over the holidays is January 12, 2019. I'll be bringing the products back tomorrow to Best Buy and getting my refund since they want to play games.

Hmm, perhaps you're right, but it is a gamble to wait too long.
