In Oct of 2015 we bought an LG LSXS26366S refrigerator. Last year our refrigerator stopped working. When they finally got a technician out here they told us the compressor was bad and they'd order a new one. 2 weeks later we had a working refrigerator. No cost all covered under warranty. fast forward to last Tues 11/19/19 our refrigerator stopped working again. Called LG and they're telling us 3 weeks before someone can even come to look at it. Called LG customer service several more times. Finally had a tech call us back. He said LG contacted him, but he can't come this far ( he's about 30 miles away ), they won't pay the extra time/mileage. Also said he would'nt replace the compressor anyway, there's no money in warranty work.
At this point I have no confidence in this refrigerator. other forums all say this unit eats compressors. I know I won't have a refrigerator for thanksgiving. Now I'm starting to wonder about Christmas.

Being without a working fridge for any period of time is certainly not fun, so I would want my issues addressed as soon as possible as well. If you have Geek Squad Protection (GSP) for the fridge, we’d be happy to see what we can do to assist here! If not, we would recommend that you continue to work with the manufacturer directly to see if there is any alternative outcome available.
