Hello. What is the email address of the Regional Manager? I have bought 4-7 laptops including a Mac book over the past year from the 2500 Winston Park Dr store. Our Acer laptop however stopped working and I have gone back and forth to the store to fix this product but have gotten no respsonse. The clip has been broken but they refused to help me. I am devastated from this sort of customer service. A CSR named Mohammad called me and he was very disrespectful and unhelpful. My laptop is still at the store as I type this and I would very much appreciate any help or the email address/phone number of the regional manager of Best Buy.

Did you purchase Geek Squad protection for all of your laptops?

There's nothing more frustrating in my experience than having a computer develop a fault and then to have complications attempting to get repairs. I'm unhappy to hear you've had this occur and I regret any inconvenience to you.
