I went with my laptop with the broken screen to repair department from the store I bought it. They sent it out for repairs and since then I call in and same answer and same waiting time. The repair time past and now I am waiting from them to receive some updates. Same answer that they are still working to fix it. I decided to cancel and send it back as it is. When call back in their sistem is still show it is in repairs. I don't like that they lie. I don't trust them anymore....

I know when I've had repairs completed by Geek Squad, it's always difficult to be without my device, but it's always been done in a timely manner.
