Also absolutely create a reservation before going in. With the recent addition of in store Apple repairs, the Geek Squad precincts throughout the companies have been very busy. They want to make sure they can assist everyone though so there is a reservation system to make sure everyone who needs assistance gets the dedicated time they need.
