Hello, anthnysanchz12,
I can understand that having a laptop that had some damage that you didn't originally mind and is now giving a problem can be difficult. I would advise to contact the manufacturer. You can also bring it in to Best Buy, although if you don't have a Geek Squad Protection Plan we would be able to send it out for possible repair and there would be a deposit that may be refundable if the Manufacturer covers the costs. Please be advised that most manufacturers don't cover accidental damage and it would have been best to return for an exchange during the Return and Exchange Promise period. Please Private Message your full name, email and phone number if you would have any further questions or concerns.
Sincerely
