Laptop accidental damage don't even talk to me baby

So I bought a laptop from Best Buy in a store in Vestal New York we were told they didn't have it as Foxy or this one when I bought it I was told I had accidental damage on it cuz I want to make sure because laptop of your plate we were replacing this one with had water spilled on it and was broken then yesterday my puppy spills a drink on it, I thought it was lenovo's problem so what am I phone with the warranty and and it said things recovered like that then I called for the representative and they transfer you somewhere else and the guy tells me we don't you don't get those coverage unless you buy it from us do a big fit was like four different people and then I go to Best Buy today to see what they can do 6 to computer and they said oh there's no history of you ever having accidental damage one and there's nothing we can do you computer will cost too much to get fixed Sheila, you better to buy a new computer so I I leave the store I do not want to don't make a fitness or but then I call Best Buy support after going to another shop and see how much they would charge and they told me they're going to escalated situation try to get it resolved I still haven't got a call and it's been about 12 hours what see if they call the next 24 hours all I want is this problem resolved and get my laptop fixed that's all but I bought the computer I was told by still d sales employee eploy as I as I was checking out yes we have accidental damage is what he told me it if anything feels on it bring me here and we'll fix it for you but I have $1,000 paperweight because someone lied to me when I bought the computer I think it's ridiculous that I was lied to because I specifically remember asking him three or four times does it have accidental damage on it he told me yes so I didn't even worry about it but the time I need it it's not there and I'm very frustrated because the fact is I have $1,000 computer that I can't do anything with

Call them today told me that there's nothing they can do because someone in a store messed up didn't put what we ordered on the thing because we pacifically asked for a accidental damage and then we are told we had it and now we don't have now I'm out $1,000 but kind of mistakes were made in the store They told us there's nothing they can do because it's not in their system of us having accidental damage try call the store we're I bought no answer. I wish they would. Fix there mistakes that there's employee made but no and I was told by Geek Squad that will cost $1,000 to get fixed and then I called the shop today and they told me it would cost nowhere near that so I will have to go get it fixed on my own because they will not fix it for me even though I was told when I bought it I had accidental damage and I specifically asked for it it was told that I had it but now when I need it it's not there

While I’m disappointed to hear that it looks like you didn’t purchase that Geek Squad Protection Plan, I’m happy to hear that you’ve found a repair provider that may be able to get the computer back up and running for you.


If you’d like, I can still check into your purchase if you send in that private message in that I requested earlier. I’d be happy to triple check that no protection plan exists for your computer, just to be extra sure.
