Purchased a HP Pavilion x360 m1 Convertible at Best Buy. In less than a week, unit started having issues, and returned to have it serviced., only to be insulted by Tech. Mind you, I worked at HP in Palo Alto, starting before he was born. Had many other issues, and decided to avoid the insults and looked at by Professionals. Model had many issues, but not recalled.

It sits in my closed gathering dust. Do not want to get frustrated by turning it on any longer.

Just Informed the HP CEO of inedequate product, and lousy service from one of their sellers.

Will be using my Social Media contacts to issue caution when purchasing from Best Buy, or an HP product.

The only remedy that could of been offered, never came from the Local Best Buy.

That being of replacing unit, or giving me a different one of equal value.

It only takes one bad apple to rot the whole basket.

Hello, Carlos1152,

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. As I former Geek Squad Agent, I’m disappointed by the interaction you described at your local store. That isn’t at all the kind of service we want to offer our clients.

I’d like to check this out and see if there is any assistance we can offer. If you could send me a private message, through the link in my signature, I’ll see what options we can offer.

Please include your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN from the bottom of your receipt, if you have it. If you could also please give me a brief description of the specific issues the computer is having, that would help.
