LG WM3900 Leaking Water from Day 1 - Poor Customer Service

I purchased an LG washer, model WM3900 Order #
{removed per forum guidelines }from the Flushing NY store on 3/10.

 

Delivered 3/19. It was leaking on delivery, called Best Buy,

 

3/30 they sent Geek Squad.  Leaked again 5 minutes after Tech left. 

 

Called Geek squad again, scheduled repair for 4/7.  

 

5minutes before scheduled appointment I was told I have to speak to the Manufacturer? What?  What about my warranty? This device never worked.  I've invested over $1k for a hunk of metal that doesn't work?

 

I need someone to intervene here and make this right.
