LG Refrigerator

It extremely disappointing when Greek Squad and LG give you the round around. My LG stopped working in October 17 and my husband called Greek Squad to have it repaired. Geek squad came and informed us that they don't do repairs but that they were contacting a 3rd party repair company to come over. A1Prestige came on the 21 of October and told us the compressor needed to be replaced and he had to order. My husband told there is no way we had to wait where all of a sudden he goes to his truck and come back with a compressor. He replaces it and informs us that we should be good. Well low and behold the refrigerator stops working again for the 2nd time and again call Geek Squad and A1Prestige comes again on the 31 to repair the compressor. Fine and dandy, it works again. On November 4, refrigerator stops working again, my husband calls Gerk Squad in November 5th and they told my husband that they don't repair refrigerators, so A1PRESTIGE is sent again for the 3rd time. A1PRESTIGE shows up again on November 9 and again the supposedly the manager informs us again, it should work. Well guess what, November 11,2019, refrigerator does not work again for the 4th time. During all the time that we contact Gerk Squad, they have to audacity to tell us that there is not much they can do to replace the refrigerator because a 3rd party company repaired the refrigerator. Well how is that, if Geek Squad does not repair refrigerators and geek Squad are the ones who sent. Makes no sense. Not wirth getting the extend warranty when no one can repair it. We have been going out to breakfast lunch and dinner most of the time since we have had food spoilage three times. No one has the answers and it's frustrating when grandkids come over the weekend and tell you, grandma the is no food in the refrigerator and I'm hungry. Plus when grandkids tell you grandma will you have a refrigerator before Thanksgiving. What do you say to that. Wish someone could help or at least contact us.

Welcome to our community. There is little as aggravating and inconvenient as having an appliance need repairs, but to have that compounded by successive unsuccessful service calls is certainly not the level of service to which we aspire. I apologize for our having created disappointment for you instead of a successfully repaired refrigerator.
