An LG fridge that I purchased from Best Buy no longer works and LG support (technican, etc) determined it should be exchanged at this point. I was given an RA number by LG support and told someone from Best Buy would contact me in 3-5 business days. It's been over 7 at this point and the online chat support has not been helpful. How do we get in contact with the RA department directly?

Having issues with an appliance is never ideal, so I can see where you are coming from. Especially when it is something as essential as your fridge! In most cases, our teams should be reaching out to you within five business days of receiving the RA number from the manufacturer.
