To Whom It May Concern:
I purchase a Hisense 43" 4k TV from Best Buy Oceanside CA in 05/11/2018 and after a about a year the TV started turning blue. I continued to use the tv for the next year and a half unsure of the issue or what to do. After finally researching issues for repair I became aware or the 2015 Consumer Acts Rights that states that elctronics such as a tv should be good for a lifespan of about 6 years and that i am entitled to an exchange or repair. the TV is in perfect condition besides the backlighting and I am asking for an exchnage. I am aware that Best Buy has 28 days to resolve the issue. I thank you for your time.
