So I sent my laptop in around the end of September, had it diagnosed and was told after 2 weeks I would need to pay some extra fees to replace the motherboard, which was fine.
It's been 1.5 months since I sent it back and more than 2 months since I sent it in for the first time. Tracking my repair is no help since according to your site you guys have been gathering info about my laptop for the past month and a half, calling you guys doesn't help because no one picks up the phone, and when I go in person, all I get is an "I don't know when it'll be done". At this point, can I just get a refund and my broken computer back?
