Issue with Geek Squad

Over a week ago I took my laptop to my local best buy. The trackpad was experiencing issues. The Geek Squad associate noted issue and informed me that It needed to be sent away for diagnosis and repair. I was told to expect my laptop back within a week. Since then I have not recieved any updates about my laptop. The online tracking still only says that my laptop is "in transit" and when I click on the UPS tracking number it says it was delievered last thursday. Yesterday I contacted geek squad with my issue and they informed me they do not know where my laptop is or when I can expect an update. I find not knowing where my laptop is or not recieiving any kind of update about when I can expect to have my property returned to be completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I would like to know when I can recieve my property back or a refund for the total cost.
