When I tried to access Geek Squad online support, I was redirected to something called "Just Answer" and had to sign up for a free trial (after that $5). If this is not a part of the Geek Squad and I have an ongoing service account with GS, why did I need to add "Just Answer"?
They did fix my computer problems completely, but I don't want this if it is not a part of your services! What's up with that?

Welcome to the Best Buy community forum! I’m glad you reached out to us with your question. “Just Answer” is not owned or operated by Best Buy or Geek Squad, so what you describe is strange.
I’d like to know a little more about this. Were you sent a private message with the “Just Answer” website or was there a link you found on the support page you visited? To that end, where were you seeking online support from us when you first reached out (Our Facebook page, BestBuy.com, etc…)? If you have a screenshot or link to share, that would be greatly appreciated, as well.
