Insurance Policy

I purchased a brand new BLU VIVO ONE cell phone on November 1,2018. Within 90 days it was no working. It was dead. I had the policy. I went to Christiana Mall , Wilmington, Delaware store. I received a refurbished phone. It is not new. Also my policy expired according to Brian, Manager of the Department.I can't buy the new policy nor I am any more protected. What can I do? I am 82 years old and I worried about the refurbished phone without any protection. I like to mention Bobbi, Sales Representative at the store. She provided an excellent service. Please help. Best Buy must sell good product. If the product will last only 90 days there is something wrong. Please advise.

I’d like to take a look into that Geek Squad Protection plan fulfillment for you. I know how important a working phone is, so I’d like to review it to make sure that everything was processed and explained correctly.
