Insignia TV flickering

Hello I purchased a new 65 inch insignia fireTV roughly 10 days ago and since the first day it has been flickering off and on. The TV I replaced it with never had this issue so I know it's not a connection issue. Thanks

If you picked it up return it to the store within the 15 day return period. If it was delivered call them to have it picked up before the 15 days are up.

Welcome to our community forums. I know how exciting buying a new TV should be so I can understand your disappointment to see that this TV has been flickering since you got it set up. I'd be glad to provide some information about our Return & Exchange Promise and what options are available moving forward.

 

Based on your description, it sounds like this TV may be defective. We offer a 15-day return or exchange period for most of the products we sell, including TVs. If possible, I would recommend stopping by your local Best Buy to exchange this TV.

 

Most of the products we sell have a one-year manufacturer warranty. For information on how this process works I would recommend contacting Insignia Support.
