Insignia Smart TV

I need a solution as to why my smart tv will not connect to the wifi in my house, Everything is connected my phone and my computer too. I've had my tv for over a year and never had abt issues and nothing and I'm disaapointed

 

Pleasaeeeeeee help me with a solution.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us! Smart TVs are incredibly convenient, but lose the convenience of needing a separate device for streaming when they can't connect to the internet. After over a year of successful use, I'm sure you're frustrated to be encountering this trouble and are eager for a solution. 

 

At this time, have you attempted to reset your router and TV? Have you attempted to connect the TV via an Ethernet cable?

No I did reset to factory reset
I have been using a hotspot for over a year now I never had issues with this network

Thank you for these details! It is possible there may be an issue with your wireless card in the TV. Does your TV see other available networks, or is it just yours it's having trouble seeing and connecting to?

Yes it does I see lots of other networks including mine but it won’t connect to it.
My phone n my other Tv n my computer are on this same network too.

Thank you for letting me know. At this time, it may be best for us to check this out in person. I would encourage you to make an appointment with Geek Squad here to check it out. Please keep in mind that should any repairs be needed, as your manufacturer warranty has likely expired as most are a year long, it would be at your cost unless you have a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) Plan.
