I've had my insignia 18 cubic foot refrigerator for about 2 weeks It works well
The only thing that I'm having an issue with is I have to leave the refrigerator on number 5 in order for it to maintain a 37° temperature in the refrigerator
If I turn it down to number four or number three it gets in the 40s, and I'm uncomfortable with that.
My refrigerator is about half full It's not overfilled I'd like to talk to an insignia repair technician instead of have somebody come over to the house on a service call I don't think it's needed
what I want to find out if it's going to be okay to leave the refrigerator on number five all the time because it's when it's set on number five it cools well
I don't want to leave it on the maximum of the time wondering if maybe I have a problem I'm sure in insignia technician could answer my question
So if Best Buy or to set up a service request what refrigerator company would that be with so I can contact them and ask them this question

its not a problem it's a question... I hate to say Jacob, but your team are no help all you want to do is send a service tech out here. I do NOT need a service call.

If you wish to speak with Insignia directly, you can call into: (877) 467-4289. Their hours of operation are going to be from 8am to 9pm central time. If you need assistance with anything else, you can send me a private message with the information that was previously requested.

when i do that theyhave nooooooooooooooooooooo idea what I am talking about & sound like I am calling over seas..
All I want is to find out who they would have come service it so I can call directly and ask my question
no one knows what temps the fridge is supposed to keep
for example number 1 would be temperature of of 39-42
number 2 37 to 39
number 3 235 to 39
number 3 36 to 37
number 4 35 to 39
'
number 5 33 to 35
I have no idea if I am correct????????????
but need to know what temps the fridge should maintain at the number settings in the fridge
this SIMPLE QUESTION should have an answer and
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
ONE at insignia knows
PLEASE FIND OUT.... so I know if my fridge is cooling properly
at ""5""" it keeps food 30 to 36 but dont want to run it at """5"" all the time..
please this should be a KNOWN answer to this question and the """kids""""""" over seas at insignia have no idea..
THERE JUST EAGER TO SEND A TECH HERE I DON'T NEED A TECH "YET"""
I need an answer.

There is no way to communicate with a service technician without having a service set up. Have you checked on the Insignia website for the owner's manual of the device? If you haven't I would recommend searching there, if you can't find an answer you may need to email Insignia here, to see if they have a better answer for you.
