Insane waiting time for repair .

I bought a Maytag - 4.3 cu. ft. 8-Cycle High-Efficiency Front Loading Washer - White feb 2018 it tools 8 weeks for delivery. Less tan a year of use and the main panel broke down, it was fixed. Fast forward a year and we found ourselves in the same situation this time made an appointment for repair in September 22 . No contact until a month later , repair guy confirmed the main panel was defective. He said wait for the parts . We were Never contacted, contacted Best Buy and apparently the ticket was closed !!! Infuriating in the middle of a pandemic with a pretty much new ensured equipment That doesn’t work! We made a new appointment for dec 30 , repair company called today and change it to the 31 . Worst service , folllow up ever , almost fraudulent.
