Inovice Copy

Hi, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+ at Best buy in California, but unfortunately I got a touchscreen dead zone. It's looks like a known issue. To provide a repair I'll need the purchase receipt, but I lost it. Can you help me with a purchase receipt copy?


I'm from Brazil, so I can not go to the store to ask for this receipt.

The purchase information:

-Full name: Fernando {removed per forum guidelines}
-Email address: {removed per forum guidelines}
-Phone number: {removed per forum guidelines}
-Date of purchase: 08/05/2018
-Store location:Best Buy -  Pasadena

Welcome to our forums.  My apologies for the delay in our reply to your post, as our Support Forums have become a bit backlogged over the past few days.  Your patience is greatly appreciated, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do about providing you a copy of your receipt.

 

I’ve been unable to locate the receipt for your Samsung S9 Plus purchase, but I might be able to locate the receipt with a few bits of clarification.  You initially posted to our forums on August 2, stating your purchase was made on 08/05/2018.  To clarify, did you purchase your phone on the 8th of May, or perhaps another date?  I’ve searched our Pasadena, CA store for purchases within the parameters you’ve provided, and have not been able to locate your purchase.  If you could clarify the date, and double check the rest of the information you’ve provided to ensure its accuracy, I’ll be happy to continue my search.
