Hello! I had my laptop sent out last week for hardware repairs through Best Buy, and was expecting the laptop to get back today. The Best Buy app says that my laptop is still in transit as of 7:44 pm today, but when looking up the UPS tracking number, it appears that my laptop was delivered to the store at 10 am this morning.
Is this normal? I would expect to be updated about the laptop arriving at maximum a few hours afterward, but it's been a while at this point.
