I think I got a lemon, but BB won’t help?

I bought a washer and dryer at BB in 2017, the washer has broken at least 4 times, mostly for the same issue. Now that my geek squad warranty has expired, it has broken again and there is nothing they can do. I have spent SO MUCH MONEY at BB, bought so many appliances there and need to buy another dishwasher. I had to call a regular appliance repairman who told me it’s probably not worth fixing because it’s a lemon!!!
What? So my expensive 4 year old washing machine is basically garbage, why did BB keep putting a bandaid on it until the warranty ran out?
