I really need help, and I need to know.

I recently bought a Desktop ASUS computer, and I also paid for the warranty year thing. and It fell off its stand and now the screen of it is completely destroyed, It literally isn't connected to the screen you can see the hardware of the computer " the Insides of the computer". Now I would really like to hear that you guys can fix it, Is it possible?

Hi ab3 was this a all in one desktop? or is this just the screen that fell to the floor and now you have a cracked screen? or was it the desktop that fell? if you purchase the hardware / accidental warranty take your computer into your local Geek Squad to see about repair options under your warranty.

If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.

Re: I really need help, and I need to know.

I bought a computer from Bestbuy and I also bought the protection thing, I'm not sure the name of it. But I remember them telling that If it breaks it will be covered. Something like that I'm not sure exactly what they said. Also, It looks unrepairable. It only works when you mirror it on a TV.

That is perfectly fine take it into bestbuy with any prices to the computer (not mouse and keyboard) and they should be able to help you out

I need to know if it would cost money? also, I only have the computer itself. not the box or a recipe.

How exactly do I show proof a "hardware warranty accidental" Is that something In the computer it self or like a paper I should have? Sorry I never really buy stuff from bestbuy.

No problem generally when purchasing anything via bestbuy you give your phone number or email just head right into the geeksquad area and let them know the issue and they will ask for your phone number
