I purchased Vizio 24" TV with Google and it's a smart tv

I took it home, registered it and then got it to work for me. It was fine. Then when I turned it on again the other day, it doesn't work. Many horizontal and vertical lines. I called Vizio. They said it wasn't the manufacture's problem and to contact Best Buy. I just purchased this tv a few weeks ago!!! Help please!!!

I’m sorry to hear that your television isn’t working correctly so soon after you bought it.

 

Most televisions come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, so we may be able to help you get that fixed, as long as the issue is covered by that warranty.

 

What you’ll want to do is create a reservation to visit your local Geek Squad, which you can do here. An Agent will check your TV out and see what options we have to help you out here.
