just got out of surgery 5 days ago from a broken femur was able to make it to the store to address an issue with my MacBook that I bought less than a year ago. I purchased all the protection plans they had. I spoke to someone on the phone that said they will asses if it can be repaired or replace the device and made a appointment. when I got there they very quickly looked at it and said there is nothing they could do about this and that I had to go to apple store. I have been on the phone with customer service for about 3 hours trying to speak to a supervisor. the only solution they gave me was to take it to another Best Buy and that he shouldn't have said he couldn't fix or repair it. I still am not able to get a supervisor to tell me what the correct procedure is (one person says this and the other says another) I paid for a protection plan that they didn't honor and now I have to go through the pain of going back to get it repaired. Their customer service is horrible got disconnected a couple of times and just transferred to another agent until finally told to "take it to another store"
