If you had purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan or had it transferred into your name, it should be noted within your BestBuy.com purchasing profile. You’re welcome to log into your account here, once you’re logged in please choose Support>GeekSquadPlans&Services. Please let us know, if you’re not seeing your plan or purchase and you’d like us to double check on our end. We’d be happy to help double check if the plan is correctly associated with your details!

If a Geek Squad Protection Plan has been transferred into your name, you can view this in your account after logging in. Just click on your name, and then under the header "Protection Plans," click on "See all your plans & subscriptions."

If you do not have a online account with Best Buy, please create one using the information you provided for the transfer of your Geek Squad Plan.
Once you log onto your new account, you should be able to see the plan information. If you do not, please let us know as we would be happy to continue to look into this for you.
