How do I find out if I purchased a protection plan?

Hi there. I bought an Asus Zenpad back in March 2016 and it will not charge or turn on anymore. I vaguely remember being offered the protection plan but I can't remember if I sprung for it or not. Can I look that information up somewhere? Thank you.
