I have an ASUS monitor which is not working, it is under warranty until 2024 by ASUS. ASUS directs me to Best Buy for warranty work as I bought the monitor from Best Buy. I've seen other posts here asking this same question and BBY reps directed them to make a geek squad appointment and it would be handled under manufacturer warranty. I did this but was turned away at my local Best Buy. They tried to find a way to send in the monitor but the systems would not accept it.
What can I do to get this monitor fixed? It is under warranty and both companies point fingers at each other.

Welcome to the Community Forums! We are happy to have you join us. I certainly wish it were under better circumstances. Having a malfunctioning monitor is never a great experience.
Many times we can send products out for repair under the manufacture warranty. However, not all items will allow us to do so. I would be happy to look into this further.
