Best Buy has legal responsibilities here.

« given how long ago » = 1 year, broke 2 times. It’s not that long ago for 2 problems.

Chat = they tell me to go to the store. I bought the elliptical trainer on the Website, so the store refers me to customer service. I tried multiple times to e-mail & phone them, no answer.

So no, I’m sorry, it’s not easy to reach out Best Buy and I am very persistent. First time I reached out was March 2nd.

Their phone number should be answered by a representative of Best Buy Canada during normal business hours. I would suggest calling them at 1-866-237-8289, but keep in mind they will most likely also refer you to the manufacturer, as your return or exchange period has expired. Moving forward we will not be responding to this thread.

However, to refer me to the manufacturer is not an acceptable answer in this particular situation. Waiting time on the line is around 40-45 minutes and the line cut on Best Buy’s end the last time I called and nobody called back.

This is not good customer’s service and it is frustrating for the customer.
