Horrible customer service

Anyone else wait on hold for over an hour when trying to get a six month old tv replaced? If so, I feel you pain. Then when using the chat the first chat said it is a known issue with the insignia TVs. Promises a call or email within 24 hours and then that did not happen. Then in the next chat additional promises not provided. I asked several times to speak to a manager in the chat and did not get that option. I wanted transcripts from the chat and they were supposed to be emailed. They were not. Needless to say customer service does not exist here. I would love to send a formal complaint with screen shots for documentation. Does anyone know the email or number to file a complaint?

How do I send a private message. Because the problem is not fixed and I am hearing more insignia TVs have the same issue. I just want to return the tv for store credit to purchase a new one. I also want to make sure management sees this customer service.

There should be an orange envelope towards the upper right corner of your screen, where you can access your messages.
