Horrible customer service

I had a terrible experience with BestBuy store in Colombia Heights, DC location as well as the overall customer service support. I bought a TV from that store, which failed to work after a while. Thanks to insurance I purchased, I got an estore credit since they couldnt replace my TV. However, I couldnt use the link that customer service sent via email. It was simply giving errors. I went to the store thinking the staff can help me. They said I should be calling the customer service, which I did over 10 times and they were extremely incompetent. I waited over an hour many times and at the end of it they just hang up on me and never call back to follow up. I still dont have my store credit that I earned IN AUGUST 2020(!). What they do is just stealing your money. I am so disappointed with their service.
