Horrible Geek Squad Experience

Since I can't get a supervisor to return my phone calls, and the one supervisor I was finally transferred to (after holding for 40 minutes) only apologized and told me there was nothing he could do, is this the best place for me to describe the appalling experience I've had dealing with the Geek Squad for the last 14 days?
