Horrible Experience with Product and Geeksquad

Had the worst experience with a Samsung front loading washer. The washer is on the top floor and bangs really hard while running. We contacted Bestbuy/Geeksquad over 5-6 times and the issue never got fixed. We are frustrated, but this last time the tech that came over was rude and disrespectful. We called a minute after he left to reschedule and haven’t received a call back. The whole “if we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it” is just a sales pitch and is not honored. I buy all my appliances and tech from BestBuy, but this last experience has left a bad taste and loss of trust.
