I sent my laptop for repair 11/23/2020. When I click on the tracking number, it said the package was damaged en route to the repair center on 11/29/2020. I visited the store on 12/29/2020 and was told I will get an update within a week. I still haven't heard anything. When I call, I'm on hold for over 30 minutes without talking to anyone. I've sent messages to multiple chat agents and they all just give me the tracking number that says the package is damaged. Then I get told to go to the store and they will supposedly help me. This is ridiculous. What's the point of paying for the warranty?
