Hisense - 50" Class - LED - H8F Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR -

For customer service:

 

Bought this TV less than a year ago and it is really unusable. It lags agressively and it has never really worked properly. Would like to speak with customer service about my options.
