Help with refund or reimburse of AirPods purchase


Is there is an email to contact support? I ask since I’ve had no luck with chat and phone, I either get disconnected by an agent or they route me to the wrong people. I have also went in to a store and they said I need to speak up a support person since my purchase was online.

Here is my issues: I purchased geek squad refurbished AirPod pros online last June. This January they stopped functioning, they were under Apple warranty still so I did a repair through them online where they send me a new part and I send in the old, a hold is put on my account until they confirm that I did not damage the part. If it is not damaged then the repair is free. After sending each earpiece and case in, the AirPod pros worked again. This March, they finally got to reviewing the parts I sent in since they were backed up. The parts were deemed counterfeit and I was charged more then my original purchase of the AirPods. I would like to be reimbursed for the charges I got from Apple, this repair should of been free since they should of been genuine apple parts.

I have my order details, charges, and Apple case information about this entire situation. I just need to get in contact with someone from Best Buy who can help.

Welcome to our community! Reading through your post, it's definitely odd to hear that a product you originally purchased from us was later thought to be counterfeit by Apple. I would definitely be a bit concerned and confused by this as well had this happened to myself, so I can understand why you are looking for support with this.
