We purchased a SONY Bravia 55” 4K on March 24, 2018. The unit would not power up at all on November 24th. We tried all of the suggestions offered by Sony for lack of power. All other equipment plugged in with TV works fine. We took the power supply pack to the Watertown store today to see if they could test it. They told us it was out of warranty. My understanding is there is a one year manufacturers warranty on the tv. It was not a refurbished unit. Please advise!
