A working refrigerator is must for a family of any size, and I'm not sure what I'd do if my refrigerator were to stop working, especially with a toddler running around the house. She probably has more stuff in the refrigerator right now than my wife and I. You should be able to schedule an appointment to have a repair tech out to your home if your refrigerator is covered by an active Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan. Have you called into the Geek Squad at (800) 433-5778? If so, why weren't they able to schedule an appointment for you?
